About the role
Are you passionate about vehicles and five-star service? Are you ready to take on the most important role of a dealer? Are you the service advisor of the future? Here is the opportunity for you who want a role in an industry with exciting development. You will be the face of the dealer and represent the company with your friendly demeanor and knowledge. We are now looking for a new employee to our workshop.
Your responsibilities
As a member of our service team, you will play a key role in the relationship between our customers and the workshop. You will have a broad and varied job with great responsibility and many points of contact. Our customers are the most important to us, which is why we see this role as central to our organization. It is important that all customer interactions are conducted in a friendly, professional, service-oriented, and helpful manner.
Focusing on the customer, understanding and transforming the customer's needs into value-creating solutions, as well as maintaining a positive brand image are important aspects of the role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to identifying potential customers and creating sales opportunities where Scania can provide value to the customer and be profitable. Your tasks will include receiving our customers over the counter and by phone for service advice and booking repairs. Daily administration, such as invoicing, is also part of the job.
As a member of the service team, it is natural for you to assist your colleagues within the team with, among other things, parts flow and administration, both within the workshop and parts.
Who are you
You have at least a high school education or equivalent work experience with an interest in vehicles and providing service. We value if you have previous experience in service work and we would like you to have experience from the automotive or transport industry.
If you have good knowledge of workshop and parts management, it is highly meritorious. Administration and computer skills are required as the work in many aspects requires a good understanding of systems. Knowledge of Automaster is a plus.
You are service-oriented, business-minded, and possess a good ability to communicate verbally and in writing. You have an open attitude and treat customers, colleagues, and others with respect. Order and tidiness are obvious to you as you are used to delivering. You also know that your positive attitude can solve tricky situations when focusing on the customer.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and value collaboration with your colleagues. You contribute with a good mood and a high work ethic, and your contributions with good ideas in our improvement work are welcomed. You speak and write fluently in Swedish, and have good knowledge of English in both speech and writing. A B driver's license is required.
Who are we
We are a team of friendly and skilled colleagues within the workshop, parts, and sales. Together we help each other grow with the task and develop both in career and as individuals.
Scania offers
Benefits include wellness grants, the opportunity for a company car, lunch benefits via Edenred. Where the work allows, we apply flexible working hours and remote work. We have a benefits portal with discounted prices on products and services, Scania's Employee Support, salary exchange, as well as favorable pension and insurance benefits.
With a structured development plan and courses, Scania supports your personal development, and career opportunities exist both locally and globally. If you want to develop with us, all paths are open to you.
Application
Your application should include a CV, cover letter, and diploma. We welcome all applicants and strive for diversity in our recruitment processes. Apply as soon as possible, no later than 2026-03-18. Selection is ongoing during the application period. Logic and personality tests may be used in our selection process, and a background check may need to be conducted for this position.
